Place the person representing the Earth on the outside of the circle, the person holding the Moon on the circle (making sure they are holding the moon in their arm, away from their body), and the person representing the Sun on the other side (approximately 3 feet) of the string. When finished the persons should be in the following order: 1. Sun 2. Moon 3. Earth. 7. Turn the light on making sure it is facing the Moon and the Earth. 8.
